WORK WITH ME

Systems, people, problems.
I make them work better together.

My background crosses operations, production, mailing, IT, field services, research, writing, and process improvement. The common thread is simple: understand what is actually happening, find the friction, and build a clearer way forward.

Where I can be useful

Operations & Process Improvement

Workflow diagnosis, handoffs, bottlenecks, documentation, production flow, staffing logic, and practical process redesign.

IT & Field Services

On-site technical work, device and network support, deployment assistance, troubleshooting, hardware swaps, low-voltage adjacent field work, and project coordination.

Production, Print & Mail

Production management, postal workflow, digital print environments, quality control, waste reduction, scheduling, and mailing operations.

Research, Writing & Analysis

Focused research, decision briefs, editorial analysis, documentation, synthesis, and explaining complicated problems in a way people can actually use.

The kind of work I fit best

I am most useful when something is messy, cross-functional, under-documented, inefficient, or difficult to explain. That might be a production problem, a field deployment, an IT-adjacent project, an operating process that grew without design, or a research question that needs to become a decision.

I am open to full-time roles, contract work, project-based engagements, short-term troubleshooting, and consulting where the problem is clear enough to solve but complicated enough to benefit from an outside set of eyes.

HOW I WORK

Observe → Map → Improve → Document

A simple sequence for complicated problems.

01

Observe

Walk the work. Listen to the people doing it. Separate the stated process from the real one.

02

Map

Make the handoffs, constraints, ownership, and failure points visible.

03

Improve

Change the smallest set of conditions that will materially improve the outcome.

04

Document

Leave a decision, workflow, SOP, map, or next step people can use without me.
